The Water Guy, LLC provides residential and commercial water treatment, water softener sales, installation, maintenance, and related services in Texas. Service availability and pricing may vary by location.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

You may schedule service appointments through our website, by phone, or by email. We will make reasonable efforts to confirm and fulfill scheduled appointments.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible in such cases.

3. SMS Communications and Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our intake or scheduling forms, you agree to receive automated SMS service reminders and appointment notifications from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [cash, check, credit card — update as applicable]. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee.

Pricing for equipment, installation, and service calls will be provided in advance. Any additional work discovered during a service call will be communicated to you before proceeding.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation or trip fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Promptly notify us of any issues or concerns following a service visit

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Equipment warranties, if applicable, will be provided separately at the time of sale.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WATER GUY, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Water Guy, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
